How to find us
From Plymouth – A38
When approaching the top of Haldon Hill on the A38, go past the fuel station and the turning to Dunchideock and Exeter Race Course. The immediate next left is signposted to Kennford, take this small exit and continue down the steep hill (the old Haldon Hill). Keep going -past the sign to Woodlands Farm. At the bottom of the hill you will pass the old Haldon Thatch Fuel Station (on right). On the left you will see the Gate House and a large brick plinth with a sign for the Deer Park Business Centre (just before you rejoin the main road)- turn in left and follow the long drive until the end – Devon LMC office is on the right hand side of the large house.
From Torquay & Newton Abbot – A380
The A380 splits at the top of Telegraph Hill. Continue down the hill, you will pass an emergency escape slip road on the left. At the bottom you will see the old Haldon Thatch Fuel Station, turn left just past the garage and join the old Haldon Hill road. At the T junction turn right, then on the left you will see the Gate House and a large brick plinth with a sign for the Deer Park Business Centre (just before you rejoin the main road), turn in left and follow the long drive until the end –Devon LMC office is on the right hand side of the large house.
Sat nav tip
EX6 7XX - Please note that sat nav directions may advise you to turn right at the T junction at the old fuel station – please ignore and follow directions above.
From Exeter and the M5 – easy option
Once past Kennford, take the right fork in the direction of Plymouth A38. At the top of the hill turn off left towards Dunchideock and Exeter Race Course. This will lead to a small roundabout, turn right and go under the A38 bridge, immediately turn left and rejoin the A38 towards Exeter – see Plymouth instructions above.
From Exeter and the M5 – Complex Option (Not recommended at busy times of the day!)
Once passed Kennford, take the left fork in the direction of Torquay A380. As the road widens to 3 lanes, move into the outside lane and turn right into the slip road – be careful of fast moving traffic coming down the hill!
You will then join the traffic heading down Telegraph Hill – see Torquay instructions above.
